"The hotel was a decent stay overall—not the best I’ve experienced, but still a good option. We did run into an issue with my mother-in-law’s room having a strange smell, but the staff handled it quickly and professionally. They helped us switch her to another room, which ended up being much better, and we really appreciated their responsiveness. The amenities were great, and the bed was especially comfortable, which made for a restful stay. We didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast, but everything else met our needs. For a quick and convenient stay, we would definitely consider coming back."

"I checked out by May 9th 2026. The front desk lady told me that the deposit fund would be returned to my credit card. Today is May 17th, I still has not hotten my deposit back. This matter needs to be resolved as agreed. It is so frustrating. The room is clean. The parking lot looked dirty and not very safe."
