Cavendish is 5 minutes away and Charlottetown is 25 minutes away. If needing to host a bigger crowd, there is a unit below with two king bedrooms and 2 bathrooms! This unit will offer a bright open concept living with quartz kitchen w/ a large island!

This is a family friendly neighborhood with all brand new housing. A short walk to the National Park beaches!
