Lovely apt
I think it is brand new. A few small things left to do . Because it is ground floor we think it needs curtains in the livingroom and on the door . A few other very small things . Overall a lovely place .

The property was very clean and comfortable. The online listing did not mention that the unit was a basement apartment however. From the pictures it wasn’t apparent that it was a two story house. The lack of sound proofing between floors meant that you could hear the occupants in the upper unit walking around.

Very nice basement apartment
The apartment was very nice. Clean and beds very comfortable. Looks like a new build . But did not relize it was a basement apartment when we booked. The people staying above could be heard easily, which wasn't a problem until after 11 pm when they were still very noisy. Needs more insulation in the ceilings/floors. Otherwise great place to stay and conveniently located near national park/ beach.

"Old" girlfriends annual get away
There was some confusion on checkin however once we were able to contact local host she was very apologetic on mix up and was most helpful with the remainder of our stay!
