"The stay was good. The breakfast was great. The employees were very nice. The only thing was from my experience working at a bed and breakfast that the housekeeping should double check their work because I found left over food in the microwave from previous guest and the sink in the bathroom was still dirty."

"I had a very disappointing experience at Colonial Inn. First, I was placed in a smoking room—something I didn’t even realize still existed. The smell was overwhelming and completely unacceptable. It was so bad that we had to keep the windows open the entire time and even went out to buy a candle just to make the room somewhat bearable. When I asked to switch rooms, I was told the hotel was fully booked, so we were stuck dealing with it. To make matters worse, they charged a $100 security deposit, and it has now been two weeks with no refund. When I called to follow up, the staff member I spoke to was extremely rude and didn’t even bother checking whether the deposit had been released. Between the condition of the room, lack of accommodation, and poor customer service, this stay fell far below expectations. I would not recommend staying here."

"Never said construction would be happening, random doors were open constantly and in the pool area, it was 34° outside. All the ice-makers were broken and you had to go to the front desk for them to get it from the kitchen. 2nd floor reeked like weed, I could’ve smoked myself, there was no accountability. The lids for the coffee didn’t even fit the cups:.."
