"All staff are very pleasant, polite and attentive Generally very clean in all areas Breakfast is very good with almost anything you could want Evening meal has good choice and quality the Lamb Henry is beautiful Choice of 3 starters, 3 mains and 3 desserts The entertainment each night is very good in the beautiful ball room with its stunning ceiling We can’t wait to return Thanks Parkhouse for a wonderful stay "

"The Blue waters Hotel was situated 10 mins walk from north pier and had a tram stop opposite the hotel. Breakfast was good variety of cereal and fruit Full hot breakfast and toast and tea coffee hot chocolate. Family room we were in was comfortable for the 3 of us. Pool was nice touch and was decent size "

"Hotel room was lovely and clean food was basic charging for use of pool and towels let it down and the staff of the pool was ignorant and too many rules parking was ok and reception staff was lovely"

There has been a rise in bar prices however my concern is the breakfast is not of the quality I previously experienced. Whilst the layout is good with various choice of cooked or cold foods I found there has been a decline in the quality of the produce served with hot breakfast "

"The breakfast and evening meals were excellent but there could be more options at lunchtime as there was only soup and one choice for a hot meal. I would suggest that there is a salad bar and sandwiches for lunch too as I would have preferred a lighter lunch."

"Everything about our stay in Blackpool was stellar. The room was comfortable, the staff were friendly and fantastic, and the food was excellent. Especially the breakfast buffet where they were able to accommodate our dietary restrictions and provided gluten free toast, sausages, and poached eggs. "

"Food was good, bed was murder 😩 i did ask for a topper but unfortunately they don't have them. They put a quilt under so we could sleep on that but it never made any difference. The only thing i would say that was bad about our stay was the mattress."
