Hello Anthony,Your reservation was cancelled due to invalid credit card. We only have one suite that is Master Suite which we advertise that we we Jacuzzi. The reservation which was cancelled which made for King Suite which we do not advertise Jacuzzi nor we have Jacuzzi in those rooms. -We contacted the guest and guest tried contacting Expedia and tried to delete the review themselves which was made in error but they had no luck with Expedia helping them.

Hello Monika,We normally have enough towel for the 3 guests and there are two pillows per bed so six pillows for 3 beds and extra 2 pillows in the closet. We let our guest know that if they need anything at all and we bring it to them. Sorry it was not upto your standards. Thank you for the feedback
