If you have the energy, you can walk to the zoo / aquarium
Ignore the reviews about safety, this hotel is in downtown and its going to be busy, but it is safe

carpeted areas well worn throught public areas and in my room 309 worn and filthy dirty also the pillow cases were light yellow in colour bahroom and kitchen were very good condition and clean the room was not serviced on the sunday.. ok by me on my own but others my not be impressed.. great breakfast buffet
