"Nice location in the National Park with a lot of history. We enjoyed the walks in the national park but also the history walking tour and the dinner restaurant. The rooms are simple with a great view. However, some things just need an investment in the rooms. The bathtub could do with a change and definitely the blow dryers as well. The blow dryer when using it, sounds like it could blow up in flames any time :).
Overall still a nice experience and a good place for a short stay."
"Loved the art deco ambience. Check in easy, offer to carry my bags up the stairs much appreciated, the free drink and meal discount persuaded me to eat-in and have an earlier night. With trains so convenient I will be back, rather than stay in town with much more exorbitant prices."

"Gorgeous views from the living area and the main bedroom. Lovely garden. We stayed here and had a relaxing week with our 3 kids. Our 9 yo slept on the sofa bed and was quite comfortable. "
"Our stay here was really lovely. It is walking distance to cafes and shops and lovely to wake up and look at the surf every morning. The back yard overlooks the beach and a great place to have coffee or lunch and watch the surfers. The weather and surf conditions weren’t conducive to swim but rock pools and patrolled beaches were close by if the weather is better. On arrival you received a sizeable welcome pack and all detergents, soaps etc were provided. The host also was quick to respond with a heater when we found the reverse cycle unit didn’t work. The only downside is the parking if you have a car, sometimes very difficult to find a spot. "

"Great location close to shops, beaches etc. Quiet leafy street. The studio is super cute, with a very comfy bed and pillows. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need for a short stay. The host was very accommodating and answered any questions. House puppy Molly was adorable. The fact that this space was pet-friendly was really important. Maybe a small space for dogs to toilet ( rather than having to go across the road would further improve the stay). We would stay again "
