Roomy 3BR unit with a great view from the 10th floor, a nice facility with indoor and outdoor pools. Short, easy walk to the beach. We love the location and having a creek flow into the ocean within walking distance is an added bonus.

We took a quick trip down for the weekend and have no complaints. The place was clean and well stocked with towels and kitchen supplies (although the sofa and chair in the living room have seen better days). Loved the hall shower! Be sure to bring your own shampoo and hair dryer, as those are not supplied. Would definitely stay here again.

If you are looking for a great ocean front spot in North Myrtle, this is an awesome place! We loved the location. We felt safe the entire time. My kids loved the pool and my little loved the kiddy pool. It was nice to not have to load up the car and drive to the ocean. We were literally just steps away. We would definitely stay here again!

Great view of ocean from our room 1006. Very clean in all common areas. The indoor and outdoor pool were cleaned daily. The elevators were also kept clean hardly ever wet or sand despite everyone traveling up from the beach. Wonderful place for families or couples. Can't wait to go back.

The condo is in a great location close to everything and beautiful view right on the beach. Everything from booking to checking in and out was so easy! The condo was clean had plenty of room and comfortable beds. We were provided plenty of towels and everything we needed when we got there. The condo is fully stocked for anything you would need! We had a wonderful stay at Randy's. From the beginning, communication was prompt. All instructions were clear and concise; very easy check in and check out. The condo is quaint, we love the retro feel and ambiance. The view from the unit was absolutely breathtaking. This is a central location, easy access to everything. We would stay again! We also really appreciated the offer to check in a couple hours early....totally unsolicited! Awesome!

This our first time staying this far North and it was great! 4 adults and 2 children stayed for 9 days. The building and room were clean, check in/out was easy. The keyless entry was really nice especially with 2 sets of adults. Pool area was very clean (indoor and outdoor). One of the beach access points had a ramp, which was a bonus. Overall it’s exactly as pictured and we had a great stay, would definitely return.

We had a marvelous time and so enjoyed the sound of the waves from the balcony. The size of the building allows for easy maneuvering without crowds, and the location is very convenient to restaurants and shopping . We feel it is so much better than those huge, gigantic resorts! The unit had everything needed, especially in the kitchen and the view was perfect. I would suggest a handle on the outside of the sliding door to make closing easier. Thanks to the management for taking care of our needs.

We loved staying in Water Pointe 1 and this condo was perfect for our family. The views were spectacular and staying over the 4th of July holiday weekend, we had great views of the fireworks shows up and down the beach. It’s a short walk to the ocean and the pools in the resort were awesome as well. The condo itself was really well appointed and had everything we needed for an awesome stay. We cooked in the kitchen often and had no problem finding things and making ourselves at home. I love that the unit had a washer and dryer and dishwasher. It made things so convenient. The beds were really comfortable and the main bedroom has an incredible view of the ocean. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely rent again.

Definitely enjoyed our stay and plenty of room for five adults and one child. You will need to bring your own hairdryer as well as washcloths as only 3 were provided. This VRBO was not as stocked as previous stays at other VRBO‘s. We do not use the owners products but if needed it was there and we always replace. Otherwise had a great time.
