We had a very enjoyable stay, and one of the biggest highlights was the staff, who were absolutely brilliant. Everyone was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which really contributed to making our experience so pleasant. The evening meal was another standout. The food was absolutely amazing, beautifully prepared and full of flavour, and was certainly one of the highlights of our stay. The stargazing experience is also well worth doing and was a truly memorable part of our stay. The location provides a fantastic opportunity to experience the night sky away from light pollution, and it is something we would highly recommend to anyone visiting. The rooms were clean and well presented overall, although they would benefit considerably from a full programme of maintenance and refurbishment. Some aspects of the rooms are beginning to show their age and could be improved to

The bubble resort was amazing, the welcoming staff were very happy and helpful. The location is out of this world. The bubble themselves and the decking although still amazing but getting a little tired 🤔

A great location and staff were very friendly. However for a 5 star stay - the bubble rooms need to be maintained better (paint was off at many places, rails were wobbly, and the decking was rather unsafe with nails sticking out). Also there were cigarette butts left - so cleanliness

Will stay here again!

Loved this hotel and are already planning our hotel. The jacuzzi and rain forest showers were fabulous, and obviously the gorgeous views everywhere, day and night. Our family loved the jeep tour too. 10/10 recommend!

The lobby receptionists and the hotel’s internal staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. In contrast, there was quite a noticeable difference in attitude compared to the staff at the hotel shuttle point (parking area). If you are not renting a car, I would recommend booking the hotel’s tour packages directly. The shuttle point is some distance from Wadi Rum village (about a 20-minute drive), and the transfer from the shuttle point(parking area) to the hotel itself takes around 15 minutes. By booking the hotel’s tours, you can better coordinate your schedule with the main attractions and the stargazing activities, while also reducing the time spent traveling back and forth between the hotel, shuttle point, and other locations. The hotel facilities themselves are quite good. However, due to maintenance and environmental factors, the property does not appear as new or as pristine as it does in the photos. Overall, though, the hotel is still in good condition.

The room is smaller than expected and have a lot of areas need maintenance, the view is great but need to be a bit careful as some area like living & on your way to bathroom could be very transparent to people outside as well. However, the staffs are great, try to help out whatever they can so have to give credit to that

The bubbles were beautiful, and spending the night there was great. Unlike other locations, there was very limited engagement at the location. The food was exceptionally bad, and its logistics were poorly managed. I would give it 2 to 3 stars at best.

A memorable experience

The camp has Luxotel and UFO Bubble tents right beside one another. The Luxotel has the clear domes in the sitting room and bedroom to see the night stars. These domes are covered during the day. The UFO bubble is just the hotel room with a clear opening in front of the bedroom. The dining room building is between each of these camps. The dinner and breakfast has a good selection. You can arrange a 4x4 sunset desert tour once you check in. And I highly recommend the sunrise hot air balloon with Wadi Rum Desert Eyes! It was the highlight of our trip

Good things - cool place to stay, the bubble tents offer a great view of stars over night. The waiting staff in the restaurant were very good. Comfy bed. The rest - if you’re expecting something ‘lux’ don’t book. The place was probably nice when it was new but it’s very tatty now, rooms are very worn in. Service is not great. The shuttle bus driver fell asleep at the time of the shuttle and no one could contact him meaning we were late for our tour. The hammock was missing and took a couple of hours for someone to sort out. The jets only worked on half of the jacuzzi.

The staff and service was excellent. Super professional, kind, and hospitalable. The check-in process was smooth. Shuttle will transport you across the desert to the camp site. Campsite was beautiful and taken care of well from the outside. Set proper expectation: more of a glamping experience, rather than a luxury hotel. The rooms were clean but a little dated and floors and fixtures on the inside of the rooms were pretty worn. The rooms are in need of a good renovation. But beds and couch were great. Beds were soft and comfy and pillows were great. Shower was a little tight but very good water pressure and hot water. Hammock and hot tub outside the room were the perfect touch. Both also were dated and kind of deteriorating, but worked fine and were very enjoyable. We booked a truck excursion right from the hotel, a 2 hour sunset tour where we went out into the desert, got a climb a few hills to get good views and got good pictures and videos taken by the driver. He will stop by a few Bedouin tents to get you to experience the culture and they will serve you hot tea and play some music. Take a few dinars to tip the bediun hosts. I tipped each of the two stops 2 dinars. After arriving back at campsite dinner was served, followed by a bonfire where we stargazed. Overall amazing experience! Just hope the old deteriorating furniture can be updated for a better experience.
