This place reminded me of a multi building apartment complex …Expedia said there was one room left when booking online…. The room I get was a room on a busy rotary right in front of the steak house restraunt … every night I heard cars with loud music till 1 in the morning. I also was woken up early every morning Don’t be fooled , these places know many never come back, that’s why they were unwilling to give me a partial refund when I asked thru expedia. For a “resort” I felt like I been to hotels with way better quality. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY , I’m lucky I have it to spend … get a airbnb … really trashy place

The location in which we stayed in was not the best. Much of the couches furniture was filthy and extremely dirty. The furniture as in the dining table and another table were broken. Lastly, we did not have AC for the total length of our stay which made it really uncomfortable.

This was our 2nd time here as we were here same time last year !!! Had a great time last year!! The biggest complaint we had this time was upon “checkin”!!!!! After a long day of traveling etc we stood patiently inline only for lady to say “ what can I do for u” in a not friendly manner…. She could have said “ hi how ru , have u been here before? “ she didn’t even tell us her name !!! I even had my map of the north beach resort in my hand n even asked her if we could get our 2 bedroom villa in the Indigo building n she immediately said “ no there is nothing “!!! Really ? Our stay was for 5 nites n looking at the Indigo tower ever night there was over 30 units unoccupied!!!!! The whole check in process we both felt like “ wam bam thank u mam’ like she couldn’t wait to complete her task ….maybe the front desk should not be the area she should work in ….otherwise we had a great time there !!

Massive Resort with alot of dinning options nearby. Great amenities only problem we had was a foul odor in our condo figured out it was a throw rug! Called the front desk to have removed and was told the unit was owned by somebody they weren't allowed to remove items from it i said call the owener to tell them about it they refused too! They sent employee with a steam vac to scrub it didn't really help rug all stained up! Beware of unit 811!

The conditions at North Beach has drastically changed. On arrival our room was filthy. After over 3 hours of travel we had to clean our room. Housekeeping had to come change sheets due to sand being in our bed . Sheets were dirty on arrival. Carpets and furniture was filthy. Management had furniture and carpets cleaned while we were there. 3 days of our trip we had to sit on wet furniture and walk on wet carpet. Hallways were dirty so was area around pools. We were very disappointed with our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at North Beach Villas and Resort. The property was very nice and lots of pool and the poolside DJ is excellent. A couple of things I would change: housekeeping bed service is not available and it should be. Also, the fact that the pool area is not accessible after 10pm (and it should be), especially since the hot tubs are in that area, and everything shuts down too early.
