Summary:

Newly renovated studio close to the beach with shared pool.

* Windy Hill is a section of beach located on the southernmost end of North Myrtle Beach, SC.

* One of the greatest advantages of this area of beach is its access points to both the Atlantic and Intracoastal Waterways.

*PET OWNERS: Only fully trained pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host.

*Only 1 pet up to 50lb allowed.

* Pool is open from May 31st through September 30th

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.

*No mailbox for this location.

*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)

The efficiency apartment was horrible! Bed bugs, mold, cobwebs everywhere and the door was very hard to lock and secure. When the property manager was notified of the situation, I had to provide pictures to her. Ok, however the VRBO app is not user friendly to send those pictures and the phone number the owner provided VRBO was not the correct number. Finally after much inconvenience, the owner offered to send the cleaning lady over. She came, sprayed an unbearable amount of a horrible air freshener and changed the sheets…this does not rid the house of bed bugs! The apartment still had mold, cobwebs, unsafe lock and was just filthy in general. And the pool…the grass was up to your behind…very unsafe to walk through ! IT WAS A NIGHTMARE!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!! BEWARE!! IT RUINED OUR ENTIRE HOLIDAY WEEKEND!!
