Great duplex, top unit only (must climb stairs) Across the street from the Ocean. located in North Myrtle Beach only minuets from Main Street and all main attractions. Kitchenette is fully equipped with all basics. sleeps up to 10 guests.
*PET OWNERS: Only fully trained pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. Please contact me for details.
The space
4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, great space. Top floor of a duplex (must climb stairs) of a duplex. Privet patio, shared backyard. 1 king, 3 queen and 1 bunk beds
Washer/ dryer available in the unit.
Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. Dining area.
Sheets and linens provided.
Free WiFi and cable TV available.
*Pets are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are provided for showers only.
Guest access
The unit is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire top floor and shared backyard. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)

Selfie friendly-ish

We booked this rental for our daughter's 14th birthday. One of the things she was excited about the most was all of the neon signs to take pictures. When we got there, none of them worked. Maintenance did come to fix some other issues and was able to fix one sign. Later we noticed that the wires for the sign at the pool were complete corroded so it didn't work either. The sign itself is about melted from the sun any way. My daughter still had a good birthday, but hardly any selfies were taken in this Selfie-friendly rental. It's a decently renovated building amd will give you a nice, close place right off the beach with great access.

The GOOD parts: Check in was fine, but don't hold your breath to get in early at all. Cleaners were there right up until 4pm (which is fine. Check in is listed at 4pm). The location is great! Literally across the street from the beach & can be there in minutes. The unit was nice & large with lots of natural lighting & space.The BAD parts: Parking is rough. You get 3 spots only which, for a until that sleeps 10 is challenging. We had 4 cars between us and finding parking was really tough. Street parking is 4.00/hr and you can't park overnight (no parking between 12am-5am). We drove around looking for other options but couldn't find any. Messaged the host asking for help only to be told "You would have to check for public parking that allows overnight parking". Not helpful. We were disappointed that several things specifically listed in the kitchen description were not there, most notable wine glasses and salt & pepper. Our options for our wine were coffee mugs or water glasses. Listing said to bring spices because "S&P is the only thing provided", except it wasn't. I didn't feel that it was adequately stocked for linens. The towels were super cheap and thin and small (think cheap hotel type) and there were NO extras! No towels in bathrooms, NO tissues/kleenex, & we ran out of TP. Also, there are no towel rod, racks, hooks, or anywhere to hang towels. The shared bathroom's light was broken so there was a full blown living room floor lamp inside the tiny bathroom.
