"Great location. Would have like to understand this is a property with majority of university students residing. Cool atmosphere for that group of people. The building was noisy with parties in other apartments and the street noise was horrible. The cleaning fee is ridiculous. I get a 4000 sq/ft home cleaned for 200 dollars find it hard to believe this apartment cost 200 dollars to clean felt like owners taking advantage of guest. Probably won't be a returning guest. "
