Le Lynx is a newly renovated chalet that sleeps up to 10. It includes four bedrooms with queen-size beds on the second floor (mezzanine) and a queen-size wall bed in the living room downstairs. A further bedroom with queen-size bed can be added to sleep 12 on request (additional charges apply).
The living room features a smart TV and Bluetooth speaker. With high-speed wireless Internet (wifi), the chalet is ideal for telecommuting.
Access to the chalet is through a private entrance and is independent. You get a unique access code for the digital lock, which gives you flexibility on arrival time. TV : déconnecter vos comptes Netflix, Prime, Crave, etc. (nous le ferons si vous oubliez). Garde-robes ; vérifier pour ne rien oublier. BBQ : fermer la bonbonne de propane si vous l’avez utilisée. Serviettes : déposer les serviettes de bain, débarbouillettes et linges à vaisselle utilisés dans le bain. Électroménagers : SVP vous assurer que les appareils suivants ne sont pas en marche : cuisinière / four, laveuse, sécheuse.

Check-out You must leave the chalet by 11:00 a.m. on the day of your departure unless you have made a special arrangement with us.
Garbage: at the end of your stay, we would appreciate it if you would empty the 2 outside garbage cans (garbage and recycling) into the containers at the top of the parking lot. Fridge: remove perishable items. Doors & Windows: make sure they are closed and that the 3 doors are locked. Turn off lights and fans. TV: disconnect your Netflix, Prime, Crave, etc. accounts. (we'll do this if you forget). Closets; check to make sure you haven't forgotten anything. BBQ: turn off the propane tank if you have used it. Towels: put away towels, washcloths and dishcloths used in the bath. Appliances: Please ensure that the following appliances are not running: stove/oven, washer, dryer.

It's a great house, only issue was that there are no toliet on the level of the bedrooms, which was tough for my 80 yr old parents to go down stairs in middle of evening. Other than that, it's a great house, great location and great price!

Overall really enjoyed our stay. Very close to the main street with a general/grocery store, cafes and restaurants etc. No toilet upstairs where all the bedrooms were was the only inconvenience for my parents (70s) and young kids - but having two full bathrooms on the main level was very nice rather than only 1. Hugo was very nice to communicate with and always answered our questions well. Loved the firm beds too. Recommend if you are in North Hatley area!

The Lynx is very clean and comfortable. All new kitchen appliances and washer/dryer. The bathrooms are new; one had a deep tub while the other had a great shower. We watched the total solar eclipse from the deck while having snacks and cocktails. Very conveniently located to excellent restaurants and cute shops. Montréal and Quebec City are within driving distance too. We will return!

Wonderful stay to reconnect with family. This property has lots of space and a beautiful large deck with BBQ. Comfy beds and well equipped kitchen. Large table inside and out for playing game or hosting feasts. Suggestions would be to add dressing mirrors in bedrooms since the bathrooms do not have electrical sockets.

Très bien, propre, bien située, BBQ pas fonctionnel ( pas de gaz ni allume feu ) et pas de crochets dans les chambres pour accroché les serviettes,manque d ustensiles.
