Lovely staff and great food great for the family

Building is very new, neat and of great standard. Bed comfortable, air-conditioning and tv in living and bedrooms. Staff very professional and helpful, particularly the chap who checked us in.

The Waterford is in a great location, close enough to Surfers Paradise for when you want it, but far enough away to be quiet. The views are stunning and the apartments are lovely, very roomy with fabulous wrap around balconies.

The property was spotlessly clean and modern. As a single older woman I felt safe in the property. Close to everything, would highly recommend and would stay there again.

Beautiful apartment and the staff are amazing.

My family and I stayed in this hotel for a total of five nights to celebrate our daughter's 11th Birthday. From the moment we arrived, it was simply spectacular! The staff were aware of the Birthday celebrations, our room was filled with balloons, a cake, surprises, toys and simply magical. We were blown away by the apartment, on the 38th Floor. This is a beautiful apartment complex with everything needed to make it a great holiday. It is located centrally to restaurants and cafes and cater for all types of dining levels. Our apartment overlooked Coolangatta Beach and was a great view to wake up to each morning. It was almost on the boarder of NSW/QLD which made it easy to get to northern NSW as well as only a short 25 minute drive to Surfers. I would definitely stay there again.

Lovely room. Love that the sliding doors open up the balcony completely for indoor/outdoor living. Only drawback was that if our stay was in high summer, the pool is so small. Only a lap pool....

Quiet clean and nice staff. One bed was a bittoo soft. They should improve welcome pack with more tea variety and more toiletries for the 5 day stay we had. It was too little.

Very clean and comfortable rooms.manager very helpful and obliging. great place to stay despite short bus trip to beach . free transfers to airport a bonus .Highly recommended will definitely be staying here again.

The arrival was a bit scary. Parking was hard and I had to walk a long way and when I got to reception it was licked

Soon az we open the door for our room we wear amazed by how beautiful the view was the room was modern and comfortable there was everything you could ever need in the home we stayed in a one bedroom appartment I definitely want to came back the stuff was so friendly treats everyone the same thumbs up from me
