"I would have said 5 stars except that the breakfast person didn’t show up and it didn’t open on time with all amenities. It wouldn’t have opened at all if the desk person Marci French hadn’t stepped up and done all he could to make it up to us. Give him a raise! He deserves it and you wouldn’t want to lose him. "

"The air in our room would not go below 76 on the window unit. The wall controller did not have batteries to try and operate it. I told the front desk and they immediately moved us to another room. At bedtime, I went to slide into bed and felt something in the bed. It was a pair of dirty socks. I then saw crumbs in the bed as well. I went to the front desk again. The lady apologized profusely and moved us rooms again. When I told the front desk at check-out the next morning, they also apologized profusely. No other form of compensation was ever offered though. "

"For some reason, I had problems with connecting to the internet. My phone did not work. Staff was courteous and helpful. Room was clean and adequate towels. Room was nice with two TVs, sofa and chair. At other places I have been, I may have had a chair but not a sofa and an additional TV. "
