Dock at the riverfront restaurants or city park to stroll the historical downtown for famous restaurants/shops. More adventurous activities, follow the river out to the Gulf which is famous for deep sea fishing or stop by at many sandbars for a swim/snorkeling or just relaxing,sunbathing, watching dolphins, wildlife, and sunset. The possibilities are endless! Get all the fun of a gulf access home, but NOT the worry of natural disaster! This 4 bedroom, 2 baths had no damage NOR flood in high category hurricane; high elevation=no risk!Freshly interior painted, tastefully furnished.
