Great location and excellent stay .

The room was beautifully decorated and was very clean. Host was extremely attentive to our needs and easy to reach with a quick response time. We loved the location close to the beaches and restaurants. We are very happy with our stay and will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this VRBO!

Pelican in Cape Coral

This rental worked for us. It was a last minute decision to spend a week here, and we found this place. We were in the area for some spring training baseball. A added treat is the burrowing owl nest near the property. Cute little birds!

It was ok, as far as cleanliness is concerned. What I was unaware of was the fact that it was directly off someone's house. I also did not see a thermostat anywhere inside. It was nice and tidy though and the response time from host was good.

Review for The Bright Haven Cape Coral (The Pelican)

The Bright Haven (The Pelican) was a good location near restaurants, stores etc yet in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment is nicely furnished and clean. The kitchen had a microwave, fridge & keurig but no sink. There didn't seem to be a control for the a/c as the apartment was part of a private residence. Communication needs work from our experience. I had to ask for check-in instructions about 4pm which included the wrong code for the door and had to ask for check-out procedure also. Overall, it was a nice stay and a perfect location for us to visit friends.

It has potential

So it’s a nice little place but definitely only sleeps 2. The bed is a queen, not a king and no sofa or pullout bed. We booked it over others that had queen beds, so that was frustrating. The bathroom and shower are very nice. The little kitchen area was cute, but the microwave and coffee maker had to be moved to a working outlet to be used. Also, the shelves and hooks need drywall anchors. Things are loose and about to fall down. So it has 5 star potential but needs a few tweaks.
