This is a no smoking property. $500 charge for additional cleaning. No parties or events . Unauthorized parties/events will be charged $1500.

Pets are not allowed on furniture and must be kenneled if in the house alone. If pet hair is found on furniture a $100 cleaning fee will be issued.
