"The hotel is very clean, beautiful restaurants and classy environment, security throughout the hotel and casino. I felt very safe and relaxed while staying here. People are very nice. The gift shop is going through a full makeover and overhaul where they will be updating merchandise and souvenirs to purchase-it was limited while there but still very helpful and friendly. Hotel room is very spacious and the snacks and beverages in the room were accommodating for all families or individuals staying within the hotel. "

"I checked in late in the evening, so there was a note on the office door that my room was open and a key was inside. There was a lot of trust on the management's part that someone else wouldn't have taken advantage of that check-in process and occupied my room. The room was clean enough, however, the shower curtain was brown at the bottom and the industrial showerhead was covered with gunk. I was only there for a few hours of sleep after my visit to Yosemite. If my stay had been any longer, I would have asked for a refund and stayed somewhere else."
