In general, the resort was outdated and needs refreshment. For us, we had many maintenance issues, starting day one. The air conditioning did not work in our room and it was 85° when we walked in upon arrival. We babysat a technician for hours, and he had to come back three separate times that day and evening to finally fix the problem. That same evening we wanted to use the in room safe, but it did not work correctly and again we had to wait for a technician to come to our room and figure it out, which conflicted with our dinner plans. When we were finally able to leave the room, we used the complementary shuttle service offered by the resort. The problem was getting a return ride using the shuttle service. We had to wait at least 30 minutes outside the restaurant because no one answered the phone to shuttle us back to the resort. Very poor customer service. All of this happened on the first night we were there. and then there was the problem with self parking, which prevented us from leaving the parking lot because the resort system did not work. We had to do that every day when we wanted to leave the lot, which was really a pain and inconvenience to everyone. On July 22, our third night at the resort, we noticed our toilet leaking. We told the front desk that we were leaving for the day and would be back in the evening so would a maintenance person kindly fix the toilet issue. When we came back later that night the toilet was still leaking on the floor. It was not pleasant

Ok this is the place to stay! We walked into our nice cool room, which had a front room and a full kitchen combo. Then there is a bedroom with two queen size beds and a bathroom and then you go upstairs and there’s a king size bed and a bathroom. The couch in the front room is a hide-a-bed. it was perfect for our daughter and her husband and three children and me and my husband. It was super clean. The free breakfast was amazing. The free parking was much appreciated. The only downside to this hotel is that it’s a little bit far from Disneyland if you have small children. You go out to the corner of Harbor and Disney Way and then walk down Disney Way probably a good third of a mile. If they had a shuttle, this would be the most ideal place in the whole Disney area. But other than that, we loved it. Five stars all the way.
