The place itself was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. "This is the first negative review I’ve written on VRBO and we use VRBO quite often. We rented this place during New Years. Our toilet was plugged and we could not get hold of the manager by phone or email. We ended buying a plunger ourselves and unplugged the toilet and left the plunger for future guests. On the day of check in, we did not get the address and access code until almost noon after I repeatedly called and emailed. We had a 6 hour drive and not having an address made it quite...
