"The room was clean and staff were helpful. Just didn't enjoy being right next to laundry room as someone slammed dryer doors really loud when i was trying to sleep and someone smoked a cigarette outside my window, room 110, around midnight and it smelled disgusting!!"

"Check in was easy and seamless. The room was clean and the hotel location is great. Our issue is with the staff- check out was posted as 11AM. At 9:00am we were woken up but repeated loud knocks on our door. When I went to the door there was a random guy (not housekeeping) with a clipboard asking what time we were checking out... I've never seen that in my life but we told them 11AM. Not even one hour later we have more loud knocks on our door that woke us up again, this time from housekeeping wanting to come in. What was the point of the first guy knocking to see what time we were checking out if they were going to send housekeeping anyway? Very intrusive and this woke us up twice after we had a late night out and a long drive home later that day. Wildly inappropriate and we likely won't be staying here in the future due to their clear obsessiveness with getting people OUT as early as possible. Stop disrupting people's sleep."

"We had a lovely visit. Outdoor pool and hot tub in the winter is clutch. Rooms were clean, staff was responsive. Easy access to plenty of dining and experience options. Our three year old said it was her “best vacation ever.”"

"My family and I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. It is conveniently located very close to a movie theater, grocery store, and Walmart. The breakfast was fantastic along with the kitchen in our room. The staff was wonderful- extremely friendly and would help you at the drop of a dime. We will stay there again. The "

"The heated pool was nice considering it winter. I liked how the coffee station was a self-serve with filtered water so you had more options than just the one or two kurig in room. Breakfast was delicious. The decor modern, with area local photos. So close to town, very convenient"

"Have stayed twice and the rooms are clean and beds are comfy with a memory foam topper. My stay this time was a bit tarnished, though. Friends booked a separate room for one night directly with the motel, but the booking system had a glitch/error. The motel system booked them for different dates, even though my friend's confirmation email from them was correct. Without going into too many details, it would have been nice if the managers were given some leeway to make decisions to provide great customer service and take some responsibility or apologize about the situation when guests were left scrambling to find other accomodations for the night. If you book directly with the motel, definitely call them to confirm your booking is accurate!"
