"It's our 4th time visiting Buffalo Thunder from Dallas, Texas with the whole family during spring break. My husband and children love it. I recommend booking the Junior Suite. The perfect size and I love the balcony facing the mountain side. The hotel is beautiful, huge, clean and the staff is super friendly. It has several restaurants. They have trails in the back if you are traveling with your dog. Looks like they have a gated area outside as well so you can let your dog loose to play. My husband and I love heading down to the casino at night. "

"Clean room, old building, recently remodeled pool area that was awesome! “Living room” great for happy hour (get there before 6pm). Within walking distance of the town square. Great options for in-room service, not any more expensive than the nearby restaurants."

"We enjoyed our stay there very much. The shuttle to and from the airport was a real bonus. In our travel plans. There were places to sit and enjoy the weather and a pool. And hot tub. If you were so inclined. Their breakfast was absolutely amazing.. pretty much anything you could want and then some."

"Hotel was under construction. Swimming pool was demolished. What a nightmare. We had it reserved for four nights. Why didn’t anyone tell us. It was a nightmare, trying to find another hotel as it was leaked and we had already traveled five hours to get to Amarillo. Horrible horrible."
