"Best feature of the property is a very nice view from the balcony. However, 3 levels including a loft (surprise), also 1 and1/2 baths, (not 2). Patio furniture and many other items should be updated. Window in loft will not close, (nights are getting cold). A really good deep cleaning is overdue and would be a nice touch for the arriving guests. We were also asked to take out the trash and begin the laundry before departure. What was the cleaning fee for??"

"The stay was for only one night. It was so nice and peaceful and comfortable. Just like staying at home. The only problem my husband and I had was trying to get the tv on Roku. We are older people and our children usually do this when we don’t understand. We finally figured it out after a little while. It would just be nice if there were instruction for older people like us to make it easier for us. I reserved a VRBO in El Paso Texas and they had a layout manual they put together on working the...

"The home was beautiful and it was nice having phone chargers all throughout. The beds are super comfortable and the kitchen was very nice and had everything you would need. Close to plenty of walking trails for adventures! We were looking forward to bunk beds for the two boys, but that would be the only listing error! Wonderful Hosts!!"
