Love the clean, minimal look of the suite and love that there is no carpet!!! (Feels cleaner). Great that it has a kitchenette! And EXCELLENT rate!!

Excellent price, beautiful motel.
Absolute gem of a motel! Very clean, beautiful rooms. Very quiet, great service. We didn’t bring our older kids on this trip but noticed they have a little playground a trampoline outside for kids…. Definitely will stay here next time we travel through northbay as a family! Excellent price for a great stay.

This is an older mom & pop motel situated within walking access to the beach - the room is small, yet all we needed - a little kitchenette with microwave and fridge and a sink for washing up. I inadvertently booked the wrong date on Expedia, the owners called to see when were arriving and were gracious enough to move our booking to the correct date. The staff are friendly and helpful, we really enjoyed our stay at the Lakeshore Suites. Oh, and the King bed was really comfortable!

Best place to stay in North Bay
Amazing stay. The room is well equipped and super clean . The beds are comfortable. The staff is very friendly.

Comfy and friendly
Great stay! Even got a call before check in to see if we wanted the AC on to cool off the room before we get there. Room was great, got the suite which was well done and the Murphy bed was comfy. Some of the plugs are a little loose, but I find that’s been typical of a lot of places lately.

We had a great stay. Room has recently been renovated. Bathroom is tight but serviceable. Price was fantastic considering what hotels go for now.

The room is awesome!! But, it would be an idea to take out the desk and put in a dresser, or a desk that has drawers down one side. The coat rack was a great addition. The only complaint is there was no tea.

The room was updated & spotless. The bed comfortable. Could hear noise/conversations from the next door hotel’s parking lot - was a Saturday night. There is a fan in the room that helped drown out the noise. I would stay here again.

We rented the 2 bedroom cottage. It was perfect. Lots of room and very private. It was clean, with a well equipped kitchen. If there was one thing we could criticize, it was the water pressure in the shower. When we notified the owner, he was a bit defensive and he gave an excuse about roadwork and such down the road, however we did not see any work being done. We would certainly stay there again and recommend it.

The beds were so comfy, my toddler slept an hour and half later than usual. Very clean, even bubble bath at the jacuzzi was a nice touch. The kitchenette had bowls, plates and cups everything you needed, even a toaster and coffee and tea. Great tv channels, easy to use as well. When we needed extras they were very friendly and gave us anything we needed. I felt safe there, parking right in front of our door. Curtains made the room darker so nice sleep. Lots of room for our toddler was a bonus. We will be booking again, we recommend to anyone.

Our stay was just awesome. The room was amazing. The service was great. The location was perfect. I don't see how I could find something better in North Bay and the price is another husge plus.

Cozy and clean stay
Staff is wonderful and helpful, very friendly. As far as the suites, they should be upgraded furniture wise, water barely coming out of washroom sink fsucet. No kitchen table or chairs. Personally I think the suite is overpriced for condition. The suite was extremely cleaned and fresh. Thank you for your service.
