My stay was great. Every services was Excellent including customer service, clean rooms, and easily accessible location. Staff is extremely approachable. I would like recommend everyone to stay here who is coming for a beautiful trip of north bay.

My experience at Knights Inn Motel was excellent. The staff provided top-notch service and were incredibly nice and helpful throughout my stay. While the room was basic, it was clean and cozy, making my time there very enjoyable. The location was really convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. And the prices were definitely affordable, which was perfect for my budget. Overall, I had a pleasant stay with them and would highly recommend it to others.

When I checked in at 8:30 pm, the office was locked and dark. Another customer had to point out the 'ring for service' bell; the concierge made it clear I was interrupting his call. He also warned me not to slip on the unsanded ice right outside my room... and all across the parking lot. The room was fairly dirty, with black handprints on the walls, bug smears on the ceiling, makeup(?) smears on the lightswitches and a lot of mildew in the bathroom. The boxspring had a bedbug cover, but the mattress cover was only half on. The sheets and towels were laundered but stained. There was only one blanket, and I would have had to walk across the ice to the dark office to get another one. I was looking for a simple, clean room, as I wasn't going to spend much time there, but it's now clear the Google reviews are planted.

1 night stay, solo booking. Room was clean & comfortable as expected of a basic motel/inn. Front desk was not always manned. Lacked a wake up call service, however alarm clock was available in the room Overall experience was good. Would not hesitate to book again in the future.
