"I stayed in the Classic Apartment with my husband and daughter. We did not have great communication with the hotel staff. We needed check in details that we received AFTER we had already checked in, even though we had asked for them early that morning. Parking was available...for a cost. Nowhere on the website was it mentioned that parking was extra. The parking garage was very difficult to maneuver. Check in was definitely rushed. "This apartment is in a central location with easy access to multiple points of interest like the Rilato bridge. There is a church right in the piazza which a few steps away from the apartment and there is a museum as well. During our stay there was some construction going on the top floor with loud banging resulting in lots of rubble and debris falling onto our items left in the room. This was promptly cleaned, kudos to Elena at Hotel Scandinavia where visitors check in for this apartment. Very...
