"A lovely hotel, with great walks along the beach just 5 mins from the hotel. Staff are very welcoming, the bar is cozy, the restaurant is great and the rooms lovely. And it's very dog friendly with a dog shower that is great after a long walk. Have been before and will come again! "

I had to chase to get check in details and no instructions were provided to find the key lock box on the dark.The location is good but the house just felt a bit grubby, with mould growing all up the wall in the ensuite.We tried to get in touch with the host about the overflowing bin that was there on arrival (which we had to sort ourselves) but received no reply on the number provided. Booking through Vrbo was a disaster - I had to phone another company entirely to make payment.I've been coming to North Norfolk for over 40 years and this year's accommodation was a disappointment,"
