Beautifully clean & spacious room and really superb 'cooked to order' breakfast. We also thought our two rooms were great value for our 2 day stay with out adult son.

Gorgeous stay in the Old Bakery at The Orange Tree

A superb stay in a lovely location. The room in the Old Bakery was clean and comfortable, had everything we needed including a coffee machine! Breakfast was fantastic. Would definitely recommend and hope to return in the future.

Last minute night in Thornton

For the price it was good as breakfast was included which was very good. Room very small but OK for one night. Good location for walking. Had dinner in the restaurant and it was 5 Star and excellent quality whilst being reasonably priced.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful one night stay in the manor lodge with our dog. The room was clean, modern, quiet with an extremely comfortable bed. We also had an amazing cooked breakfast each the following morning and were really impressed with the service and food. We’ll be back next time we visit Norfolk.

Lovely area to spend a bit of time in. Fantastic coastal walk just around the corner. We were in an courtyard room which was very nice and the inclusive breakfast was very good.
