"A pretty amazing place. Looks very luxurious, the restaurant and the meal was super fancy and yet very reasonably priced. We couldn’t understand why the place was mostly empty, but we stayed mid-week, and the place clearly caters to Italians (even the spa menu was only in Italian). The air-conditioning in the room was not very strong and very noisy, but otherwise very nice room. "

"The hotel looks lovely from the moment you approach. We managed to walk from the train station (Capaccio Rabadiccio) to the hotel. The room was a good size, with a nice closet, safe and drawers. It had a nice balcony with chairs. The free breakfast was so great! The Buffalo Mozzarella and tomatoes with real flavour"

"This hotel has superb facilities, spa, pools, party/meeting rooms.What is deficient, is the information available to guests. The room we were in had no hotel directory, printed or on TV. The restaurant is not well advertised, the menu is not available in the rooms. Same for the room service menus for the restaurant or the bar. Could also use the Express checkout system."

Every staff member that we encountered was grumpy and acted like they hated their job. The atmosphere was really cold and uninviting. "Stayed at several B&Bs during our trip. This one we would not return to. AC wouldn't go below 28c/82f. The beds were really hard, so between the heat and bed it was very hard to sleep. Be prepared to carry your bags up spiral staircase 3 floors without help. Bring a towel for pool, they do not provide.
