"We enjoyed the ryokan very much for the authenticity of old Japan. The dinner and breakfast were outstanding. Wearing the yutaka at the property was such a thrill for us. The staff were so friendly, kind and attentive. Thank you for your hospitality. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Such a contrast from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo and Osaka central. "I love how accommodating the staff was here. We were nearly an hour late for our dinner but they went above and beyond to serve us anyway. The food was one of the best we've had throughout our entire trip of Japan as well. The room and atmosphere was also very cozy and we loved pretty much everything!"

"The place is great! Pretty close to a station with mutiple lines, the surrounding area isnt namba station but it has the necessities within reach (convenience store, supermarket, couple of dinner spots). (Presumably all rooms but i havent seen the others) my room has adjustable ac and lighting, pretty roomy too. The only real issue I really had was that the wifi stopped working a few days in, but that'll probably be fixed eventually. Oh, and the thinnes s of the mattress takes a little getting used to."

"The place was centrally located. Very close to Showacho station. Check in was like an escape room experience but smooth. The place was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was useful. Washing machine was good but no dryer. Many convenience stores nearby. We stayed there for three days. I would recommend this place."
