The staff were very professional and when I was shown my room on the first floor (travelling alone) I asked for something higher up and was given a lovely quiet room on the 5th floor with a view. "The property was nice. I had a comfortable room. There is a charge for ice. No ice machines on the floors. I don't understand quilts on the bed. It's summer. To sleep under a quilt/comforter I need to turn the AC very low. In the morning I need to turn on the heat because the room is very cold. If I take off the quilt there are no sheets. "
