I got a triple room with friends and the room was bigger than expected. It was clean, quiet and we had enough room to spread our bags out. The futons were a bit hard but thats par for the course with futons. The staff were very friendly and every time I used the shared bathrooms they were clean - just remember to bring your own towel if you dont want to rent one. Their English was great and all the room info has English support. Its in a convenient location only 4 mins walk to the station....

They picked us up (free shuttle) from the airport after a very long flight, which was amazing - we landed pretty late and I was grateful for not having to figure out how to get to the accomodation. The instructions to get to the bus were pretty clear! Beds were very comfi and the stay was quiet! Konbini within the same building was great. Rinku town station was 2 mins away, with straight connections to Namba. Staff were very kind and helpful! Loved the stay

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Told me everything I needed to know about my stay. Building was very clean, beds were clean. I had the bottom bunk, was very clean. Has plenty of room and nice privacy. Room has an aircon. Bathrooms were very clean and cleaned daily. Felt very safe. We arrived the hotel 3.5 hours before check in time at 3 pm. They charged us ¥3500 if we wanted to check in early. Not happy but we were so tired from traveled more than 24 hours. So we agreed to pay. Room was excellent, very clean, look brand new and very comfortable with all amenities we needed. Breakfast was very traditional Japanese style but very delicious.
