Fantastic stay! I loved everything about this hostel. The staff is welcoming and always ready to help, and the atmosphere is cozy with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The individual beds are incredibly comfortable, and the private rooms are excellent. The shared bathrooms were always clean and well-maintained. The location is very convenient, with a 7-Eleven nearby and just a short walk to metro stations, restaurants, shops, and bars. Plus, there's an amazing burger place in the lobby!
Great! Beds were comfortable, showers were clean and also the water pressure was great. About the rooms, they are a bit tiny, there’s not much room to open the suitcases (specially the big ones), but still manageable. The location is perfect, walking distance to Dotonbori!
I had a lovely time, Tomoka from the night staff was absolutely wonderful to chat with, and everyone was so nice. Met some great people and am very glad about it!
Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Told me everything I needed to know about my stay. Building was very clean, beds were clean. I had the bottom bunk, was very clean. Has plenty of room and nice privacy. Room has an aircon. Bathrooms were very clean and cleaned daily. Felt very safe. Restaurant is located within the building in case you need something to eat quickly, but lots of options nearby and easy to walk to get to places. Staff always said hello and assisted me with exchanging notes for change.
Closey hostel with all the necessary facilities. Acceptable space and toilet is clean and amenities are good. Just hot water a bit unstable. Very quiet and conveniently located near 2 metro station.
The hostel has a great location, is budget-friendly, and feels safe and secure. It was a comfortable stay overall. However, I was a bit disappointed that the staff kept speaking to me in Chinese, even though I communicated in English the entire time. While I understand a little Chinese, communication would have been better in English.
This was just okay for me, but I bump it to good because the kind staff and location. The floor I was on seemed like party boy central though but I guess no fault to property. 3-4 stars.
Clean environment close to Dotonbori within walking distance, free water refills, and free luggage storage for those checking out. Elevator a bit slow. Wished there was a luggage storage to place your belongings. Other than that, it was good.
Stayed in one of the private 4 bed rooms with 2 bunk beds. Easily the worst beds I have ever had in any hotel/hostel/motel, anywhere. Not even an actual mattress, but a 2 inch thick mattress topper on top of solid wood. I don't know where the high ratings come from, but it was essentially like sleeping on the floor. If these bunk beds had actual mattresses it probably would be a nice place to stay, since the shared bathrooms are nice enough, and the staff are fine, and the location is fine. It's about a 10-15min walk to the heart of dontombori. But isn't the whole point of a hotel to you know, sleep?
Bus no.8 stop so near, goes to Osaka JR station, convenient to airport with heavy luggage.

Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort
Mattresses have the depth of a kitchen sponge, woke up with my body in pain. Breakfast was included but bear in mind you can't choose what you eat. They will give you a plate with bread, some scrambled eggs and 3 pieces of hard chicken. The communal space is also tiny. Tried to have some food at lunch time and got kicked out by the receptionist who angrily pointed at the corner near the entrance.
The location was excellent, close to dotoburi, subway stations, train stations . I had a great stay at Imano. It’s likely me that I’m not used to a harder bed, but it wasn’t too much of a bother. The showers and bathrooms are very clean. And I really liked the ground floor cafe area where you can just lounge after a long day of touring and meet other travellers or read a book on your own.
