"Fabulous location, charming cottage that is well-appointed and maintained. Views from the porch and lawn chairs are wonderful. Host was great and even allowed early check-in. Only constructive feedback is there could be more space for clothing in the bedrooms, but I believe that is being remedied."

"Everything was wonderful from the time we walked into the time we left. It was very clean and enjoyable just to be on the grounds and easy to get to the beach and bathrooms available there for use with the swipe of your room key. The pool was clean and heated and very peaceful. They had microwaves and refrigerators in the room. The continental breakfast was superb and included the ability to make your own pancakes and a cute little machine that tasted good also hard boiled eggs and yogurt and fresh fruit including bagels and toast and great coffee. Will definitely come back again."

"The cottage is beautiful and well equipped. As the first guests of the season, we had some difficulty accessing the television, but the host worked with us for well over an hour to get it set up, even though he was on vacation himself. This would have been a five star review, except that the walk to the beach was not the short walk promised in the ad, but an 18 minute walk that would be difficult for the elderly or for small children. Parking near the beach was generally not available. Fishing at a local breakaway was excellent."

"We can't say enough good things about the property, the location and the host. The property was just as described and immaculate. It was the most well stocked property we have ever stayed at. It really had everything you might need. The location could not have been better. Right in the heart of Watch Hill. Easy access to shopping, eating and beaches. Our host Erich was excellent and very responsive. We were planning on leaving on a Saturday and he contacted us the day before to see if we wanted to stay another day for a discounted price and we took him up on his offer. This was absolutely one of my best VRBO stays. As far as the location goes, we made trips to Mystic CT, Naraganset and Mohican Sun Casino in 30 minutes.I highly recommend this property and Erich is the best!"
