"We had a great stay and it was mainly due to the location and most of the staff . We could walk to many areas and also well connected to transportation. In general we were welcomed with a friendly smile and very helpful staff. I would normally give 5 stars for service except for the fact that the some of the staff at breakfast from Tuesday till our departure on Friday seemed unhappy and at times. One was even banging the covering for the buffet and coffee station. It’s was very off putting. Specially since it seemed he was unhappy about being asked for milk. "

"the room was cozy and good for one traveller max. staff is great and food options are ok if you’re really hungry. my room was really dusty for some reason and would continue to collect dust throughout my stay. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here - the staff are amazing. Everyone is so kind. I particularly enjoyed Joy, who took extra good care of us. The hotel itself is stylish and lovely. The food and drinks were great. It's a slight trek into the city central, but the train is a 5-minute walk and incredibly easy to navigate. It was nice staying out of the chaos. I would definitely stay here again!"
