"Skøn velholdt og smukt indrettet hus i flere etager med dejlig tagterrasse med udsigt til hav og lille landsby. Ca. 3 km til strand - kan lade sig gøre at gå. Dog bedst at have bil til rådighed. Huset er placeret i lille stille, smuk landsby, hvilket gør det muligt at trække sig fra den voldsomme turisme omkring fx Cinque Terre. Muligt at gøre enkelte indkøb i landsbyen (lille købmand, slagter, bager). Vi blev hjerteligt modtaget af husets ejer, som var utrolig hjælpsom med alt, hvad vi havde...

"My adult daughter and I stayed in this property for 2 nights. It was perfect! We were greeted by the owner who even brought a homemade pie for us. You are up a hill from La Spezia offering amazing views from the patio. We drove down to the train station and parked there to take the train into the Cinque Terre. It was a perfect experience"

"The property is above the city of La Spezia with a wonderful view and a local bus nearby gets you to town in 15 min. The apartment is new and well equipped. The owners are very friendly and helpful in spite of not speaking English. We had easy access to Cinca Terra and other lovely cities by the water by train or ferry."

"Bon séjour dans l'ensemble ; nous avons apprécié être au calme avec une vue superbe sur la mer dans un grand espace vert. Nous avons été accueillis par la propriétaire. Cependant c'est une maison humide en hiver, accessible uniquement en 4x4 (que nous n'avions pas), donc l'accès et le transport des bagages se fait à pied sur 200 m non carrossables. Un peu déçu de l'équipement de la cuisine et de l'eau non potable dans les robinets (mauvaise surprise apprise le matin de notre arrivée)..."

"During our stay in La Spezia, we did not have a rental car, which meant that for us, the walk to go downtown took about 30 minutes or more which we were not aware of. If you have a car to use, then it's a close drive! Just be aware if you are walking, it's a far walk to downtown and it's a LOT of uphill walking."

"This is a very unique and once in a lifetime place to stay. It is a 10-15 minute walk along the cliffs above the sea to reach the historic cottage. It is definitely a bit rustic, but an authentic experience. We visited the towns of Cinque Terre which were very touristy and it was a relief to return to this isolated location with amazing views. "Our stay in La Spezia was perfect to stay and have for a home base to sight see in Cinque Terre by train. The station, La Spezia Centrale, was less than 10 minutes, which is very convenient. The property was well taken care of and suited our needs. There’s a tiny lift for luggage but is great so you’re not lugging your luggage up the stairs. The road to get to the property is super narrow, but we had Maserati Levante and it fit through the tunnel. Would definitely recommend!!!"
