"Their breakfast was good. Only one side of the elevator worked, so it could be awhile waiting. The valet service was pricey and not sure how secure. I believe a sensor was taken off my car while in their lot, several of the driver assist features including cruise control no longer work. "

"Location is convenient to the attractions of the Inner Harbor and the room was large, clean and the bed was comfortable. On the other hand, the elevators and Internet did not work well at times and the ownership / management philosophy here seems to be "do as little as possible / spend as little as possible." There is serious deferred maintenance as evidenced by rotting wooden exterior trim and peeling paint. Our bathtub had a significant drip that had obviously been going on a long time as the bathtub was stained. The breakfast could have been nice, except food choices were limited and food was not restocked on a timely basis. (It seemed that a certain quantity of bacon and sausage was cooked each morning and when that was gone, there was none available for people eating later.) Overall, we made the best of our three night stay, but would probably not return until we were sure of a better maintained place with a caring management and staff. We do not recommend this place at this time!"

"The room and property was beautiful. The only issue was the restaurant. Service was awful, the food was worse and the prices outrageous I would advise everyone not to eat there. After seating we were never asked for our drink order. No bread or apps offered. Ordered steak tips rare and they were served Grey colored and well done. My order of seafood over pasta Primavera tasted like water, was served with scampi and when I asked for cheese the waiter had the Mgr come out to verify my request!!? The steak was sent back and reserved in the same condition. There is no reason to have a high end restaurant if the food is not edible."

"From the time we walked in, it was a language barrier with the house keeping staff. We waited hours for our extra bed. When was time to clean the room, house keeping only cleaned the bathroom. When we reached the front desk, the receptionist was rude and didn’t listen to us. I got a nasty cut on leg, while coming down from the bed in room 314. I wouldn’t stay there again."

"The only issue I had was how they nickel and dime you. I was charged $5 a night to park, when the site has its own parking lot. They put water in your room for $7 a bottle so it is either drink from the bathroom sink or use the water. Which in my case I just went to the store and bought some. Also, they do serve breakfast but it is not free. That was my oversite but it was disappointing to find out when I got there. Especially if you don't want to drink the coffee in the room, the cheapest cup in the cafe was $3."

"After driving for 16 hours and booking 3 rooms, we were told the rooms weren’t ready despite the check in time being 4:00 p.m. The front desk staff, an Indian man, advised that the rooms were not clean and it would be a wait. He could not tell us how long the wait would be and did not seem to care that we paid for rooms that should’ve been ready at 4:00 p.m. We were then told it was “first come, first serve” as other people were checking in and being given keys to their room. So we went back to the front desk and was asked to take a room with a queen bed that was ready, one king bed (we did book this) and that we still needed to wait for another room to be available. Mind you, this is now all happening around 4:20 p.m. To make matters worse, the desk agent advised that us since we purchased the rooms on Expedia, to get a cheaper rate, we can’t pick the beds we need. Rather, we have to take what’s available. I told him that the rooms costs the same on the Hilton website as it did on Expedia and it was only booked through Expedia since I have VIP status with them. I also made him aware that both my husband and I were also Hilton members and we proceeded to show him proof. Regardless of how we booked the rooms, they were paid for in full and shouldn’t have been made to feel they were free or that the hotel was doing us a favor. Needless to say; when we finally got into the room, they didn’t seem clean. There was dust everywhere, hair on the pillows and one room smelled like pee."
