"Welcome Hotel is in a wonderful location, right on the water with incredible views. Terrific restaurants are just a few steps away as is shopping. Easy rideshare or taxi access to the area. Front desk staff was fantastic as were the other staff. We had a problem with the shower drain and they were immediately on it and solved it. "This is a little gem (family owned) with sweet guitar evening music and views of the mediterranean. It is up a hill a little but walkable. A park is just around the corner. The staff are so kind and caring. The breakfast is very good and well organized and you can sit out in the garden or inside in air-conditioning on hot summer days.
The room was very clean. An older hotel however it has maintained its standards and charm. Not pretentious, comfortable and felt like home. Oh, did I tell you they have a piano, books, games and a bar that is open 24/7 yet the place is quiet. I will return only to this hotel when in VilleFranche Sur mer. "

"Really enjoyed our 7 night stay here. Rooms are kept up together nicely, with small qualities which make a huge difference, such as plenty of sockets each side of the bed and a full length mirror. Beds are comfy and having two pillows was luxury!
The hotel was walking distance to the old town and a 10 minute flat walk to Nice Riquier station.
