Cramped room in a dodgy part of town - not 4 star

Overall, the hotel is much closer to a 2 star hotel than 4. The pictures are extremely flattering and don't provide a real sense of how small the bedroom and dining area is. I could forgive a small space if it was used efficiently but the furniture, shower and even the doors are in desperate need of replacing. My advice would be to only use this hotel if you're a solo traveller staying for one night and the price is comparable to those 2-3 stars nearby. For reference, we paid c£95 per night and felt short changed.

Super cute hotel close to the train station. Great location, close to everything we wanted to do and see. Friendly staff and convenient water machine in the lobby. No soundproofing between rooms.

A good hotel

We enjoyed our stay. The location was good and the room very clean; The bed was particularly comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our only criticism would be that the shower was not working very well and a couple of things fell off the wall!

Property is well situated very close to Nice Ville train station which is very convenient. The room was very comfortable and clean. The bed was cozy, the towels were soft and the shower was very nice (just wash your step if you use conditioner as it makes shower bed a tad slippery). They have water, treats and a drink available mid afternoon. You will not be disappointed staying here. It’s an easy walk to everything.

Nice hotel, little service.

Hotel is in a great location. Unfortunately the service was blah. I had requested 2 twin beds, but arrived to a single. The front desk agent brought up sheets but I had to change them. For 312 Euros a night, I expect much more.

The staff at the hotel were very polite and helpful. The distance to the train station was great and a lovely walk into the more touristy areas. The area felt safe and the rooms and hotel was very clean. Enjoyed free coffee and pastries through the day. Shower was not amazing, couldn’t get consistent temperature and was quite weak. The pillows weren’t great so struggled to sleep some nights. Overall we had a lovely experience and would definitely come back!

The staff were really nice and changed our room when there was an issue with noise; we got a free upgrade. However the hotel is more 3 star; the facilities need to be updated, the usual toiletries are not given, the sheets, towels and bathroom had stains and were not clean. The space was quite small and breakfast whilst ok was limited and not what you’d expect for a continental breakfast. The walls are too thin; the ear plugs provided do not adequately filter out the noise. It is a good location and the staff are really friendly and nice but I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again.

Disappointed that our superior room did not have proper balcony only juliet one (facing the courtyard). Bad smell from drainage in bathroom. Rooms are a bit tired (needs a paint). Breakfast was good, did not appreciate the coffee machine was fixed during people having breakfast when should be sorted after (as area is really small and the man was working next to food etc)

Great hotel with friendly staff

I absolutely loved my five-night stay here. The best part was the staff. They are extremely friendly and helpful, especially the lady who I think is the manager (I think her name was Dotte). The room was nicely decorated if a bit small, but who goes to a hotel just to stay in their room the whole time? I didn't do the breakfast buffet but it looked and smelled delicious. Maybe next time for that. But the entrance lobby/lounge area offers comfy seating and free refreshments throughout the day. There's coffee, tea, still and sparkling water, and pastries like croissants and donuts. Definitely take advantage of it. This hotel allows dogs, which is one of the reasons I chose this hotel. There's an extra fee of 10€ per night, but that's reasonable compared to what some other hotels in the area charge. Another plus is that this hotel is less than a 5-minute walk to the train station. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and it takes about 10-15 minutes to walk west to the main strip (the Centre Ville) and about 15 minutes to walk to the beach. Another great thing is their wifi. It's super fast! In terms of cleanliness, everything was super clean and well maintained. The room was very clean as was the entrance/lounge area. I saw them vacuuming and mopping it regularly. My minor complaint is that the walls are fairly thin. You can hear people in the hall and in the next room. It wasn't terrible but definitely noticeable. I definitely plan on staying here again.
