I had to wait for my room to be ready, but, they had a comfortable lounge in lobby to wait in. My room was spacious and balcony was awesome, and overlooked ocean! It was walkable, 5-7min to restaurants and beach. I would stay again, and very close to airport.

The property could use some improvements, but overall it was a nice place to stay. The best part of the property is the area. There are many good restaurants nearby, and if you wish to go somewhere else, the train station is within walking distance.

Great check in. The representative who helped us check in was absolutely kind and gracious. He speaks excellent English and has such good attitude. We appreciate him :) The hotel is walking distance to the beach, grocery stores and cafes. We had 2 separate bedrooms, a kitchen and had more than enough living space. Would recommend this place!

Very good apartment hotel

We had agreed on an apartment on fourth floor but were initially given similar apartment on second floor but after two nights we were given fourth floor and thereby had seaview. Besides this "incident" we found the hotel very nice. Apartments very nice, modern, spacious and in good condition. Good pool with fine sunbeds, however missing umbrellas but this seems to be normal looking at the hotels nearby. Easy access to garage and close to the sea and and restaurants. A good choice.

The apartment was amazing and much bigger than it looked in the pictures. Very modern, with AC in all rooms. The receptionist was very helpful every time we had a question. it was easy to get around Nice from this place, as the bus stop is right in front of the hotel. There is a (rocky) beach within a 7-minute walk with a ton of restaurants. The checkin was a bit complicated since the hotel has 4 different wings to the building and it was not that easy to locate our building. We arrived late and the reception was closed already. But other than that, we were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend this place.

The location was amazing however I booked for a family of 5 - 4 audits and 2 kids, the accommodation did not have enough pillows for the number of persons in the room. When I asked I was told that there we no pillows available so my 19 yr old daughter needed to sleep with out pillows for the entire trip. I was given two additional towels when I asked. The communication could have been better as it relates to local transport as well.

I enjoyed our stay at this property immensely. The property had many amenities that made our stay extra comfortable, including an infinity pool, exercise facilities, and onsite parking. The only issue was that the laundry facilities were not in proper working order (credit card payment machines were malfunctioning), and I had to use a public laundry facility down the block. Other than that, I highly recommend this property for families on vacation.

We enjoyed our stay at Nimea Appart Hotel in Cagne-sur-Mer. It is conveniently located between Antibes and Nice, and is only a seven-minute walk to the beautiful beach. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, and was perfect for our family of three. The balcony is great, with a pleasant view with the Med in the distance. Florin, the manager, did a great job of explaining procedures (parking, entry/exit, directions, answering questions, etc). There was parking on the premises for 12 euros per day, which was terrific for us. I did not use the pool, as it was winter. I did use the hottub, which was wonderful—along with the steam room and sauna. Bring your own pool towel, as they are not provided. There were a few issues with some items in the unit (broken porch door handle, broken freezer door, broken drape attachments), but nothing important or that was inconvenient. I would recommend this property, and would definitely stay here again on a return visit to the area.

They don’t rent out any beach chairs or umbrellas which is not convenient for tourists. The near by beach did not have any stores that rent beach chairs or umbrella either.
