In Nice (Fabron), 5-10 min drive from the city center and 5 min walk from the beach and the Promenade des Anglais, we offer you a bright apartment of 61 sqm with 2 terraces, fully renovated in May 2021, with an exceptional sea view on the famous baie des Anges. It is located in a magnificent residence with a large swimming pool (included in the rent), its restaurant pool house, its solarium (even during COVID-19). Tennis court. Private parking spaces are very easily accessible in the residence.
The apartment was refurbished in May 2021 and has a terrace with an exceptional panoramic view of Nice and the Bay of Angels. It is located in the Fabron district.
