Great location. Near Old City, the beach was here for Ironman the location was very close to IM village. Lots of resteraunts and shopping in the old city. Rooms are very small as most European hotels are. Carpet was a bit worn and stained. Towels were thin. Staff was lovely and very professional. Would recommend this hotel

A very nice hotel that is a bit tired and worn. Decent rooms but very dated bathrooms. Shower over bath with no shower curtain, hence floor soaked every time I showered! Very nice buffet breakfast and very pleasant and helpful staff.

The property is clean and comfortable. And there is beach access which gives you lounger for the day. Note that there are public beaches all over Nice but they don't have loungers. Also the free breakfast in person is really good and there's a lot of variety. I was impressed. The staff are also very nice. I experienced a few hiccups during my stay. First room service didn't come. Not a huge deal. The next day I called the front desk and ordered a latte but that never came either. I received no reliable room service at all during the stay. Not really sure why. Another thing is at the coffee in the room is not good. It's instant coffee and it doesn't taste good. If the hotel can provide reliable room service and better coffee in the rooms I would stay again.

Emplacement idéal entre le vieux Nice et la plage, service à la réception agréable. La réception est rénovée malgré les chambres datées. Plusieurs lacunes dans la chambre: - Aucun savon gel-douche - chasse eau de la toilette semi-fonctionnelle - robinet à moitié bloqué - deux lits simple collés avec la séparation visible au milieu - chauffe-serviette non fonctionnelle.

Although this hotel was quite nice it was nothing what we expected. Don't let the images of the beach fool you - you will not have access unless you pay additional money. And if you do pay you must sign up days in advance and arrive before 10am otherwise they will take your reservations. It was also across the street and down the road from the hotel. Most of the amenities listed were either not available or cost additional. I do not blame the hotel, but Expedia for false advertising. When i called to discuss this with them they were unwilling to give me a discount on this stay! We paid ALOT more than i usually would because I thought we had private beach access! the customer service agents were unwilling to admit that the images were misleading and basically told me i didn't look hard enough even though nowhere in the description was it listed that there was no beach access even though the majority of photos used on this listing were directly on the beach or in the private beach club. They gave me $30 expedia credit that i used on an excursion during the stay that they then COMPLETELY changed the time of the reservation to something i couldn't make - and they wouldn't refund the credit or the additional $20 i added. Safe to say i will never use Expedia again.

My wife and I were looking forward to our 4 night stay here. After just one night at the Beau Rivage we were unhappy with our decision. To keep this review short I have compiled a list of things that made us regret staying here: - King size bed is just two smaller mattresses pushed together. As a result there is a big crack down the center of the bed. - Only 1 bottle of water is included with the stay. All additional bottles of water are charged at 6€. - There is no coffee machine in the room. At this point coffee machines are a commonality in the majority of hotels. - No power outlet in the washroom for self care and styling appliances. - The shower suds provided are “All in One”. This is unsatisfactory in a hotel that claims to be 4 star. - The flush lever on our toilet was broken. - Mini fridge was broken from the start and it took 2 days to get any results from the front desk & service technician. - The restaurant across the street had a band playing music so loud you could feel the windows vibrate. This happened until 1:00am every night of our stay. Hundreds of people inside the restaurant and spilling into the streets. We have stayed at many 4 star hotels around the world, and this was a subpar experience. I would rate this a 3 star hotel at best. For the price we paid in comparison to other options in the area we would recommend you consider booking a different hotel. Bon Voyage!
