"Wonderful Family StayWe stayed here for a week with our family and truly enjoyed our stay. The property is spacious, very well maintained, very clean, and equipped with everything you could need. The backyard is beautiful with a nice heated pool and gets sunshine throughout the day.The location is also fantastic, right along the beautiful Niagara Parkway, making it perfect for walks and bike rides, and close to some lovely vineyards. We especially enjoyed having a farm just 2 houses away where we could buy fresh fruit every day. It is also a very quiet area, which made our stay even more relaxing.The hosts are wonderful, and communication was always quick and effective. We would definitely recommend this property and are already planning to come back in the future!"

"Very close to the Old Town NOTL and wineries. Unique historic charming house with comfortable sitting spaces both indoors and outdoors. Quiet and peaceful surroundings and secure entry. Trish's breakfasts are gourmet and filled with fresh food grown in her garden. 5 stars! Our room was neat and clean and showed attention to detail. Handmade soap, towels, water, cups/glasses, and robes. Warm welcome and friendly hosts. Trish and Norm are real gems! Our stay was excellent. If you are looking for the perfect escape with unforgettable breakfasts, stay at Green Oaks B&B!"

"This motel was the perfect stop over for a concert at ArtPark and a day trip to the falls/Canada. Overall the property is clean, easy to find, and reasonably maintained, I especially appreciate the clear communications we received leading up to check in and easy parking. The river view and restaurant t right across the street were a big bonus! The property was indeed clean, but the bathroom fan and wall AC unit needed a deep cleaning to clear dust, mold and debris. We did not contact the office, but hopefully this can be addressed for future guests."

"It was really nice having hosts who cared. At one point I got a headache and messaged to see if they had an Advil they could spare. Five minutes later Esther showed up with a small bottle and told me I could keep it. That's above and beyond. Also, not that the neighbourhood isn't completely safe, but just in case they had the added security of a surveillance camera that filmed anyone attempting to come on the property (not that it happened). And lastly, while a bit of a drive to Niagara-on-the-Lake and Niagara Falls, the location is as a happy medium between the two for visitors wanting to experience both. Would definitely stay again."
