This was a great spot in a great location!!! Very close to great restaurants and all of the wineries. It was so good having the two bathrooms and the beds were very comfortable. The check in was so easy.

Great central location with nearby access to lots of wineries and restaurants. The property was exactly as shown online - good layout for 4 guests, very clean, and the extra's included by the host makes the property very homey and welcoming. No complaints and would definitely return for another stay.

Great place near most of the popular wineries

Really well upkept place, super spacious, lots of amenities and really convenient location. Hosts are very nice and check in is easy. Definitely a better place than renting in Niagara and driving to/from the wineries.

Beautiful oasis at Niagara on the Lake

The space was really well kept, it was clean and spacious. The location is a 10 minute walk to Gretzky and Trius wineries. Host is super help, would recommend this property, and I would stay again.

We came to visit Niagara Falls and some wineries. Great location close to many wineries The place was immaculate and beautifully decorated. Stan was a great host and quick to respond to messages. We’d definitely stay again if we’re ever back in the area.

A Delightful Property Central to Wine Country

Whether your purpose is to visit all the wineries Niagara has to offer, take in shows at Shaw, or both, Stan’s property is great. Quiet, spacious and centrally located it’s good for one or two couples and both the kitchen and washrooms can’t be beat. Highly recommended.

This property was amazing. The rooms were large and very well appointed. It was so clean it looked like it was brand new. Stan, the host, was very nice and friendly, but not at all intrusive. Perfection Amidst the Vineyards

Our stay was just what we were looking for. The host was very friendly upon arrival and gave us our privacy. The unit was pristine and extremely comfortable. It is located 30 seconds off the main drag, and the majority of the restaurants and vineyards are within a 10 minute drive. Despite being located in a basement, there is plenty of light! One of the best if not the best VRBO I have rented ! Thanks for a great girls’ trip!

This property is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. The owner is friendly and made us feel like we were staying with family. The apartment was clean and beautifully decorated. Very homey and modern. You don’t always feel comfortable staying in someone’s home this was designed and decorated to make you feel welcome and comfortable with lots of amenities and thoughtful touches. Beautiful gazebo to sit in outside as well in a very beautiful yard space. If we are in the area we would definitely stay here again.

Specular Property!

This was the best VRBO property we have stayed at from check in to check out. Detailed instructions were provided which covered everything you could think of. Extremely clean and modern. Everything was labeled and easy to simple to operate everything. Host was wonderful. It was great meeting him, talking, and exploring his wonderful garden. Couldn’t ask for anything better.

Perfect location with everything you could need!

We stayed at this location for a weekend mini vacation and it was perfect for us. So many thoughtful touches, such as extra towels, lots of coffee & tea, and a great gazebo in private back yard. The rooms were very generous in size, and the washrooms as well. The cleanliness & decor were pristine. The host Stan was very responsive with great recommendations. We rented bikes from Zoom Bike Rentals & they delivered to our door and picked them up the following day. Restaurants, wineries and groceries were within walking distance. A wonderful stay overall!

Truly an oasis!

Stan and his wife have truly created a beautiful retreat amidst the fabulous wineries of Niagara-on-the-Lake. Their home is immaculately maintained as well as the property. They have thought of every amenity and still ask if you need anything else. They are the nicest people and the pride that they have in their home is quite evident. Great place to stay!

My husband and I just stayed along with my adult son and daughter in law. We all loved it. The apartment is spacious, clean and very attractive. The beds were soooo comfortable and my daughter in law really enjoyed the claw foot tub. The best part of the stay was the hospitality of the hosts! Stan and Copca (spelling?) are lovely people! They showed us around their garden and shared their delicious vegetables with us! One small suggestion is that it would be nice to have another piece of furniture in the living room area! We will definitely stay here again if we come back to the area!

Great place, awesome location, accurately described, great value!

Our stay was awesome. We had a great location, right near Trius, Gretzky and dozens of other wineries. A quick 10 minute drive to dozens more and downtown Niagara on the Lake which has lots of great restaurants and shops. The check-in was easy, Stan greeted us and showed us around and handed us some homemade jam. The place was well-stocked with not only the essentials, but also things that we would not have had (scissors, sugar, wine opener, bottle opener, ziplocs, measuring cup, k-cups for the coffee machine, a useful restaurant book, even spare sealed toothbrushes or other feminine essentials if needed). We'll definitely be back next year and try to stay at the same location if it's available. Thanks again for the great hospitality Stan.

This is now one of our favorite VRBO rentals!! It was hands down the absolute CLEANEST rental we have ever stayed at, EVER!! It’s modern, spacious, decorated beautifully, and designed well, with a nice layout. Stan is the friendliest person we have ever rented from! The unit had everything we needed and more. The attention to detail was impressive, he thought of so much, including information about local restaurants and wineries with menus and business cards. The location is perfect, right in the heart of wine country and 10 minutes to the beautiful downtown of Niagara-on-the-Lake. We did tea time at The Prince of Wales hotel and saw a play at The Royal George theater, both were fabulous. Stan recommended a winery and restaurant, both of which we went to and loved. If you’re wanting to visit this beautiful area, I would not hesitate to book this beautiful rental.

Awesome Find in Niagara!

Back in September’23, I started looking for a place to enjoy the solar eclipse. My husband, I and our friends were going. I looked at many places but this one seemed perfect and it did not disappoint. The location @Niagara-on-the-Lake was absolutely wonderful. Plenty of restaurants, little shops, park and friendly people etc. The apartment did not disappoint. It exceeded our expectations. The apartment is located below the main house of our gracious host. He was welcoming and full of information and he takes pride in presenting his unit. The apartment is gorgeous, spacious, clean and so well stocked that you could just bring your clothes and enjoy. Add to that…. 2 comfortable beds (King & Queen), a full laundry, 2 spacious BR and 2 full Baths (one with a claw foot tub), plenty of parking, peaceful surroundings and a great location. Our host kept us in the know about happenings in the area during our stay. This is by far the nicest VRBO we have ever stayed in. Thank you to our host for making this a most memorable vacation.

What a delight!

When we were searching for a place to stay in Niagara-on-the-Lake, our greatest challenge was finding a place that offered a king-sized bed at an affordable price. When we found this VRBO rental, it was larger than we really needed but it looked attractive and clean. When we arrived we quickly discovered it was both of those things. We also discovered we had a fantastic host in Stan. From the moment we arrived, until the moment we left (laden with his home-grown tomatoes) he was an attentive, but not intrusive, host. We chatted when we arrived, and again as we were leaving, but otherwise we were left in peace to relax and enjoy our holiday break. When a problem arose with one of the toilets and we texted Stan for help, he was quick to respond and then to text a couple of hours later to let us know the problem had been repaired. Stan and his wife have put a huge amount of thought in to making sure their guest's needs are met. Throughout the apartment there are many small touches that set this VRBO rental apart, from throw blankets for a quick nap on the sofa, to nightlights strategically placed, to shampoo and conditioner, spare toothbrushes, toothpaste and other sundries. And everything is so clean and in such good condition! Stan and his wife are hosts who clearly care about their guests and they have worked hard to create a welcoming home away from home. My husband and I unreservedly recommend this property and will happily look forward to visiting Stan again.
