Overall this hotel is a winner because of the price point and is in a great location just a light walk to clinton, casino across the street, food options along the block. They also have parking for $20 with in and out privileges on property. There’s a pool in site as well, but we didnt have time to try it. Their “free breakfast” consist of 2 eggs your way, toast, home fries, and coffee or tea. Don’t forget to tip your servers as its not a serve yourself, plus the home fries were great. You can also take your food togo if you dont want to sit in. Keep in mind the voucher they give you is for 2 people, so if you booked for 5 that spare person will have to buy their own. Room had a decent view few of town, but can overall use an upgrade. Tv was basic, no smart tv, bathroom was tight for 5 adults. We had a 2 double bed with a sofa bed. Room came with a mini fridge and a microwave that also needs an upgrade. Check in and check out was fairly easy. I would recommend and stay here again if budget was an issue.

the hotel literally looked like it could be used for crime scene photos, i’m sure the actual hotel was nice enough, but the motel section that we were in was spooky

They accommodated my unexpected additional guest , provide a complimentary cot and parking. Only bad thing was the complementary breakfast voucher. They wait for food was over an hour and the food was cold and old. Almost missed check out time cause how slow it was not to mention the potatoes and toast were not edible. But the room was perfect. Also they staff was not bilingual which i had to help translate for another guest because of this fact. I didnt mind at all but they probably should have 1 staff memeber able to understand and speak french just incase 😉.

First try of one of the older motel rooms, promptly requested and upgrade to tower room and was accommodated. It's not even that the motel room was bad, just a bit dated. Staff very accommodating to my request. This was my third stay and I would go back again. Here is the thing, the price is decent given the proximity to Clifton Hill. You can walk to everything and anything worth seeing(IMO) within 20-30min. The hotel has always been clean and inviting. The tower rooms are quite nice and punch a little above their weight for the price (compared to the area) generally speaking. We did have a couple minor issues with the room this time, nothing that couldn't have been resolved by a quick trip from maintenance, but also nothing that bothered me enough to do so.

Check in was long. There was confusion with a room being ready and the cost at booking and what was actually due. The room had dirty towels in the shower and the curtains don’t close all the way.

Great place to stay.. I accidently picked courtyard but was pleased with the room. the only issue with the room was the bathroom door had to be forced closed... not a big thing but a bit of a usance the staff even offered to upgrade to the tower.. but i was fine with the room i was in

Overall experience was very good. I stayed for only one night and it wasn’t so bad. The beds and pillows weren’t the most comfortable ones and one of the front desk lady seemed like she wasn’t happy that costumers are coming from the expressions and her talking. The phone in my room didn’t worked and I had to ask to the front desk for an extra set of bed sheet and they came very fast. I would rate the overall experience 2.5/5.

This property had no microwave the air conditioner unit was so loud it was kind of hard to fall asleep the bathroom was a nice size but I thought we were staying in the tall building of the hotel I had no clue there were any outside rooms behind the hotel that was pictured online I would have preferred to stay with the door inside a building not outside. Your refrigerator was really old and crooked you had to lift it up to shut the door and didn't keep the drinks we had very cold.

Holes in wall where towel bar ws e replaced but in lower position, cracked walls,square spot 4x5 wih mold under sink, never been charged for parking at any hotel, intill now. 20 bucks a night.
