Right at the foot of Clifton Hill, it offers a lot of options for families/vacationers. Great views of both falls and the nightly fireworks. The buffet breakfast upgrade was well worth the cost. All of the hotel staff were very kind and accommodating.

Convenient location, easy to access parking lot and close walk to Niagara falls. However room condition was not good. Breakfast view was amazing.
