The views and the location was perfect. Cleaning staff left the tub dirty. Parking was disappointing. Too expensive for such a long walk. I could’ve saved money and parked off sight for the same distance. Norm was very helpful getting to our room! He was the highlight of all the staff!

Très bel hotel qui a une localisation parfaite dans Niagara Falls sur clifton hills. Tout est à proximité. L’endroit était très propre mais un peu usé/vieillot. Le parc aquatique, le rain forest café à proximité étaient des features intéressants! Je retournerais à cet hotel sans hésiter!

Very nice rooms, and friendly staff. I have stayed before. However, it proved to be difficult at night with a large accumulation of small moths in the room. Very unsettling. The pools, especially the outdoor, closing at 9, was disheartening. I would not stay again, especially for the $400.00 price tag.

The hotel's location is excellent—you have easy access to all the main attractions. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. Although the hotel is not new, it has been well maintained and was clean and comfortable. My only disappointment was with the rooms we booked. Don't rely on the photos on Expedia. We booked two rooms. The first was advertised with a view of both Falls, and both the photos and description suggested that. However, the room only overlooked the American Falls, while the Horseshoe Falls were mostly blocked by trees. When we asked about it, we were told that we would have needed to book a room on a higher floor! The second room was also disappointing. It was advertised with a city view, but there was essentially no view at all. The room had a small window that faced a wall, making it impossible to see anything outside. Overall, the hotel itself was great, but the room descriptions and photos on Expedia did not accurately reflect what we received.
